Be aware that our room block at the Hyatt is currently sold out.  We do have a waitlist going and we two excellent options for overflow right next door.

Explanation of why we are sending out the link with your event registration – feel free to skip if you don’t care haha:
Last year (and in previous years)  there’s been a bit of a frenzy around booking rooms (which we are partly to blame for creating) where TONS of people preemptively booked rooms extremely early that they ended up NOT needing.  This creates a massive shortage and difficulty for people who DO need rooms.  We work very hard to try and transfer rooms from people who don’t need them to people who do and last year we got all the way through our wait list with everyone either getting a room, already having figured out someone to stay with, or already having booked at the overflow hotel (and not that many people actually ended up needing the overflow).  For this year we’ve expanded our block from the total number of rooms we used last year, so we are optimistic that we will have enough rooms to cover our group and we don’t want them to all get snatched up way in advance by people who aren’t going to need them.  We will of course be monitoring the room block closely though and will attempt to add more rooms or set up an overflow if it ends up being necessary.

Transportation

Best airports to fly into are LAX, LGB or SNA (NOT SAN).  SNA is closest, then LGB, but LAX offers more direct flights and often (but not always) cheaper airfares.
For transport from the airport to the hotel Uber and Lyft are probably your most efficient option.  For shuttle options try Shuttle Fare, Supershuttle, Primetime Shuttle, Karmel Shuttle, or LAX Airport Shuttle.
The cheapest option by far would be to use public transportation to Disneyland then take a Taxi/Uber/Lyft from there to the hotel (about 3 miles), but this is definitely not the most efficient.
