Passes are NON-TRANSFERABLE so any post you see from someone trying to sell their tickets is a SCAMMER who will steal your money and leave you without a real pass to the event.

There are NO Day, Evening, or Late night passes offered except for Thursday evening which can be purchased at the door or registered for online.  Thursday evening will not be capped.

We sold out in 2023, 2024, & 2025…while increasing our attendance cap by 50 passes each year.  For 2026 we have kept the same cap as 2025 of 600 weekend passes so it is highly likely we will SELL OUT this year faster than usual.

For 2026 we’ve switched from a tiered pricing structure to a flat price.  We’ve also introduced ticket categories and caps based on role and WSDC level.

• Frequently Asked Questions below…
• You are NOT required to compete and do NOT need to have previously competed in order buy a pass.
• If you don’t compete, don’t know what the WSDC, don’t have a WSDC #: select Novice WSDC in the role (leader/follower) that you primarily dance – even if you are an “intermediate” or “advanced” social dancer.
• Do NOT purchase a ticket for a level/role that you are not eligible for. You must be eligible for the WSDC level and role (Leader/Follower) that you purchase a ticket for at the time of purchase. We will monitor this and cancel your registration if you are ineligible for the pass you purchased.  If your level/role is sold out (and the any level category is also sold out in your role) then fill out the waitlist. You are not required to compete, you just need to be eligible for the level/role to purchase the ticket regardless of whether or not you then enter that contest.
• If you are eligible for two WSDC levels in the same role where you are not yet required to move up to the higher level, purchase the pass for the level you plan to compete in (if you compete).
• If you are eligible for the same WSDC level in both roles, purchase the the pass for the role that you plan to compete in (if you compete)
• You are allowed to compete in the lower division of your secondary role if you wish to do so.
• The Any Level inventory is open for anyone to purchase, but when purchasing you will still select the level/role that you are eligible for from a list of options.  We just have this category so there is some wiggle room on the level quantities.
• If you purchase a Novice WSDC Pass and dance in the Novice WSDC JnJ you must do so in the role (Leader/Follower) of your pass.
• If you level up at some point after purchasing your ticket that’s fine.  Just email us to let us know and we’ll change your pass to the higher level (if you level up to All Stars the pass may still be at full price if the discounted All Star passes are sold out).
• While the Leader/Follower role of your pass is intended to be based on your primary role, it does NOT restrict what role you choose to social dance or take classes as.
• We plan to stick to these numbers for each ticket category initially.  Then after looking at the levels/roles of pass winner & volunteers, and if some categories sell out faster than others we may shift things around a bit and allow some tickets to flow from one category to another to keep things well balanced.

Pass winners please reach out to [email protected] to confirm your pass and register…you must let us know by May 1st if you are planning to attend. Prize passes are not transferable to another person or another year.

You may pay by Check/Zelle until May 21st to avoid processing fees.  Register in the system FIRST then send zelle or check.  You CANNOT just send payment without registering. (Check must be received within 2 weeks of your order or your order will be cancelled. To pay by Zelle select check option.)

Purchased Passes are refundable minus the transaction fee (or you can roll it over to 2027) until May 27th.  If you know you are not going to be able to attend please reach out to [email protected] ASAP so we can give your spot to someone else.
