2026 Refund Policy

*Purchased Weekend Passes are refundable minus the transaction fee (or you can roll it over to 2027) until May 27th.  If you know you are not going to be able to attend please reach out to [email protected] ASAP so we can give your spot to someone else.
*Contest fees are refundable minus the transaction fee IF you let us know you need to scratch more than 1 hr before the division starts.
Intensive is refundable minus the transaction fee until May 27th. If you know you are not going to be able to attend please reach out to [email protected] ASAP so we can give your spot to someone else.
*Passes/Intensive/Contest Fees are NON-TRANSFERABLE so DO NOT buy them from anyone else or you will be buying from a fraudulent seller and you’ll be out the money.
