2025 Wristband Policy

All attendees must wear their event wristband at all times while in event spaces.

There may be a charge up to the full price of an event pass if you remove and lose your wristband. This is to prevent people from passing wristbands to those who do not have a weekend pass. Giving your wristband to someone else who does not have an event pass may result in you both being permanently banned from the event.

We will have 3 wristband colors for you to choose from to denote your preferred role of:

• Both/Switch
• Follower
• Leader

Some notes about the wristbands…

• They do not restrict what role you are allowed to dance/compete/take class as. They just show people the role you prefer to be asked as for social dancing. You can always go ask someone to dance as the other role though if/when you want to mix it up.
• You can trade your wristband in for a different color at registration at any time during the weekend if you feel like changing the preferred role you want communicated to people.
• This is a new(ish) idea so please be understanding if someone doesn’t look at your wristband (or sees it wrong in the dim light) and asks you to dance as the wrong role

Juniors/minors will have a unique/specific colored  wristband they will be required to wear at all times in event spaces.
